Delivery

Currently on our website we only offer delivery in the UK due to delivery costs. This is set to change in the near future. Please read below. 

If you would like to order a product from our website and will need delivery outside of the UK, please use our contact form so that we can give you a quote for delivery costs. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Small items - Please allow 1-3 working days.

Large Items - Please allow 1-7 working days. 

Due to the weight and size of some of our products, once the team arrive, it is the customer's responsibility to move any pets and minors out of harms' way during the installation for safety reasons.

Once a delivery slot is confirmed by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they will be available to receive goods, otherwise a re-delivery charge will apply.

Please always inform us if you are going to be unavailable on the suggested delivery date, and we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative. Failed deliveries that have been agreed will result in re-delivery / cancellation charges. Late cancelled orders, where the item has been dispatched to the courier for delivery will incur a charge to redeliver the items back to us.

All documentation (Delivery notes, Return notes) must be signed by an authorised member of the Customer’s staff and the Driver delivering the order (wherever applicable).

If you do not take delivery of the goods on the scheduled date without providing the minimum 24 hours notice, at our discretion and without prejudice to any other rights, we reserve the right to charge a standard levy fee (currently £65 but subject to change with 30 days’ notice) to recover transport and administration costs.

In the event of a processing error which has resulted in the wrong Goods being despatched to the Customer, Casa Straccia will, at our discretion, arrange the re-delivery of the correct Goods with our assigned courier at our expense.
