Returns

At Casa Straccia we have a 14 day returns policy.

This means you have a 14 day window to return your purchased items to us.

Please notify us of any issues with your product(s) immediately upon receiving goods. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours or you will not be eligible for a refund. 

We ask you provide photo evidence of defects and a short explanation of return using the form below. 

All items returned must be in their original condition and inner & outer packaging. We reserve the right to charge a 50% repackaging fee for items that need repackaging which will be deducted from your refund. 

Once your item(s) are back with us they will be inspected and if the above terms are met we will issue a refund to the account you used to make the purchase. 

Damage caused by a courier organised by the customer will result in the items not being refunded. 

Outside of the 14 day window you will no longer be entitled to a refund. Returns cannot be made on gift cards or opened bath products. If you have any further questions about our returns policy please contact us using the form below.
